Hi, I’m Vickie. I spent nearly twenty years in financial publishing, working with complex data and tight deadlines. When my department was offshored, I took the chance to return to the administrative work I’d enjoyed early in my career.

That path led me to a fintech start-up in Massachusetts in 2018, where I supported the CEO and helped steer a fast-moving team through growth, change, and two office relocations. The pace sharpened my skills in operations, problem-solving, and keeping leaders focused on what mattered most.

After relocating to Florida with my husband—and just as the world shifted during COVID—I saw small service-based businesses struggling to stay organized and keep up. I knew I could help. That’s when I launched MyVirtualGal™.

Today, I support entrepreneurs who want steady, dependable support behind the scenes. I understand the challenges they face, and their desire for a sensitive, trust-worthy supporter.
